Leadership Team Profiles
Ron Kingsmill
Leader of Freshwaters Christian Fellowship, Chair of Leadership Team & Trustees
Ron is a Harlow man – ‘born & bred’ and is married to Karen and they have 3 daughters, Charlotte, Francesca and Esther. As well as leading Freshwaters, Ron also provides consultancy for Poplar HARCA in Tower Hamlets and is Chair of Freshwaters Contact Centre, and a governor at Mark Hall School.

Ron heads up the Leadership Team, is Chair of the Trustees and has overall leadership responsibility for the Fellowship.  Ron has a heart to see the river of God (described in Ezekiel 47) flowing from Harlow, into London and out into Europe – transforming communities with the power & love of God.

Philip and Sandra Bolton
Members of Leadership Team & Trustees
Phil & Sandra are married and live in Harlow they have a daughter, Claire and son, Mark. Phil runs his own Driving School ‘SOLO.’  Sandra works at Harlow College, as a Work Placement Training Officer for adults with learning difficulties.

Phil & Sandra  serve alongside Ron,and Simon on the Leadership Team.  They are also both Trustees of the Fellowship. They have particular responsibility for Pastoral Care in the Fellowship, and are responsible for Destiny Calls, and Youth Alpha.

Simon Kingsmill
Member of Leadership Team  
Simon has lived and worked in Harlow all his life and at the moment works as a Plaster Technician at Princess Alexandra Hospital

Simon is married to Claire, they have two sons, Luke and Joshua.

Simon is a member of the Leadership Team and has particular responsibility for encouraging prayer within Freshwaters.  Simon and Claire also lead one of Freshwaters Small Groups.

Jonathan and Helen East

Members of Leadership Team

Jonathan has lived in Harlow most of his life, while Helen came to Harlow after finishing university, having been brought up in Leicester. Jonathan works part time for Samaritan’s Purse as a Finance Officer and part time for Freshwaters. Helen is a teacher and is currently Head of Individual Needs at Duncombe School in Hertford.

 

Jonathan is responsible for the worship team, assisted by Helen. They both lead worship at Freshwaters, with Helen also leading worship for the children once a month. They have also been involved in worship for town wide events and long to see the people of God coming together to worship in Harlow more regularly.
